In general, there are two types of property we clear for both our residential and commercial clients. The first, is a vacant property that needs to be cleared to gain access. We work with the property owner to clear the lot completely of brush or to create pathways and site-lines that provide greater access into the property. The second, is a property with either a home or business on-site that has an overgrown area – beyond what a mower or landscaper can handle. In this scenario, we work with the owner to maximize clearing so that it is maintainable afterwards.
